MYRTLE BEACH
The city of Myrtle Beach will hold a Veterans Day ceremony starting at 11:00 am at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Plaza.
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH
Services will begin at 10:30 am at the North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens. Entertainment will be provided the Rev. Ed McDaniels, the Myrtle Beach Pipe Band and the North Myrtle Beach High School ROTC.
SURFSIDE BEACH
Services will begin at 2:00 pm at the Surfside Drive & Willow Drive North, behind the Horry Memorial Public Library.
GEORGETOWN
The annual Georgetown Veterans Day Parade will start at 4:00 pm. The parade route will go West on Front Street to Wood Street. The Grand Marshal is Ed Crews, a Pearl Harbor survivor. Following the parade, all veterans are invited to the Georgetown County Museum.
COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY
A SALUTE TO AMERICAN VETERANS will begin at 7:30 pm at Wheelwright Auditorium. The program will include the premiere of "American Odyssey: The Voyage of Christopher Columbus.
