Certain rules are in effect in Myrtle Beach beginning in May through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash and can be taken on the beach before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm. People walking their dogs must be responsible for picking up after their pets.
Dogs and bicycles are only allowed on the "BOARDWALK" in Myrtle Beach between 5:00 am and 10:00 am.
Beach rules will be updated when they are available after new decisions pertaining to beach tents, etc., become law.
