The beach is just a little quieter now, but the activities for Fall are just getting started. This weekend is going to be like none other as arts, crafts, food, sculptures, festivals, etc., take place from one end of the beach to the other.
ATALAYA ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL
This is the 37th year for this fantastic festival. Featured will be fine, quality arts and crafts, Lowcountry food and lots of music from local musicians. The setting for this event is the beautiful Atalaya Castle on the grounds of Huntington Beach State Park. Price of admission is $6.00 daily or a multi-day pass for $10.00 for adults. For those attending the event and aged 15 and under will be admitted FREE and park admission will be FREE to everyone.
The festival begins September 28 from noon to 6pm, 29th from 10 am to 6 pm and on the 30th from 10 am to 5 pm. For more information go to www.scprt.com. or call 843-237-4440.
