19th CENTURY LONDON - DICKENS SHOW

19th Century London comes to life at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center this weekend through Sunday, November 11, 2012. Period costumes, a Winter Wonderland, and Santas from around the world are only part of the attractions awaiting you as you stroll the aisles of Old London.

This is the 31st Annual Dickens Christmas Show and Festival with over 350 period dressed vendors. Attendees to this holiday event will have an opportunity to browse and buy toys, hand made crafts, clothing, jewelry, antiques, food and much more.

As you stroll down the snow covered, holiday decorated lanes you will view the beautiful Festival of Trees, Festival of Wreaths, Festival of Tables and my favorite the Santas Thru the Ages. Children will enjoy the Punch and Judy Shows and a visit with none other than SANTA CLAUS himself.

Holiday foods from Greece, Italy, Thailand, Vietnam and Cypress will tempt your taste buds as you travel down lane of The Festival of Worlds. Every year I am one of several hundreds of people who purchase the delectable Pumpkin Log Rolls - they are simply delicious - trust me on this one!

The cost for the show is $8.50 for adults, $4.00 children and/or a multi-day pass for $13.00. The hours will be Friday and Saturday - 9:00 am till 6:00 pm and Sunday - noon till 6:00pm. The location for the Convention Center is 2101 North Oak Street. For more information call 800-261-5991 or go to DickensChristmasShow.com.
