The Oceanfront Merchants Association will host the 4th Annual St. Patrick's Day celebration on Saturday, March 16 between 8th and 9th Avenues and on the Old Pavilion site. Vendors and concerts will fill the air from noon till midnight and will provide you with day long activities.
